Taking the Heat
The Belfast Fire Department volunteers answer on average 110 calls per year, These calls include, trees down, automatic alarms, motor vehicle accidents, fires and general hazards. If it looks like a problem we have a solution.
Keeping the Beat
The Belfast Rescue Squad answered 297 dispatches in 2023. Helping assist both residents and travelers in our community is top priority. From minor scrapes and bruises to serious life threatening injuries our crew is 100% volunteer and trained in Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support ready to assist when duty calls.

The Fire Department is 100% Volunteer. Donations to the Department are often used to offset operating expenses not always covered by our tax base. Whether it be new apparatus, equipment, medical supplies or protective gear your donations are always allocated to planning for the future!
